By using our services, including placing an order through our website or in-store, you agree to the terms outlined in this Refund and Cancellation Policy, as well as any other policies or terms of service provided by Rob's Flowers. The following terms are intended to govern your use of our services, and by placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted the terms set forth below.

 

Final Sale 

All sales made through our website or in-store are final. Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled, refunded, or exchanged, except as otherwise outlined in this policy.

 

Order Cancellations

  •  Same-Day Deliveries: Same-day delivery orders, once placed, cannot be canceled.

  • Pickup Orders: Pickup orders may be canceled, but no refunds will be issued. 

  • Funeral Orders: Funeral orders canceled 4 or more days before the scheduled pickup or delivery date are eligible for store credit. Cancellations made 3 days or less before the scheduled date will not be refunded, and the order will be completed as it was placed.

  • Wedding & Centerpiece Orders: You may make changes to your wedding or centerpiece order up to 1 week before the event date. If the order is canceled within 1 week of the scheduled date, no refunds or store credit will be issued, and the order will be fulfilled as originally scheduled.

 

Rescheduling Orders

All orders, including online and in-store purchases, are subject to the following:

  • Rescheduling is permitted for delivery orders if requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery date. You must call to reschedule. Reschedules are not guaranteed and are subject to driver availability.

  • If the customer wishes to reschedule their order to a different date and the price of flowers has increased, they will be required to pay the price difference. Flower prices may vary based on the new date, and there is no set price. If the customer chooses not to pay the price difference, the original order will be completed as scheduled, and no refunds will be issued.

  • All sales are final once an order is placed. Orders cannot be cancelled, and no refunds will be issued. The order will be completed as originally scheduled.

 

Price Changes  

Please be aware that the price of flowers may vary week to week. If rescheduling results in a price increase, the customer will be required to pay the difference. If the customer does not wish to pay the price difference, the original order will be completed as initially scheduled, and no refunds will be issued.

 

Limitation of Liability 

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rob's flowers not responsible for any damages, losses, or costs incurred by the customer due to cancellations, delivery delays, or any other issues arising from the order. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the floral arrangement or product.

 

Governing Law

This disclaimer and any disputes arising under or related to the use of our services will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal actions or proceedings arising out of or in connection with this policy will be exclusively brought in the courts located within Los Angeles County, California.
